Business Partners

Welcome to The Conservatory School's Business Partner Program! We're excited to invite you to join a community dedicated to enriching our students' educational experience and building strong connections between our school and local businesses. As a partner, you'll be part of a network that includes diverse and respected professionals, from estate lawyers and mortgage lenders to creative businesses like T-shirt printing and wellness providers such as Peaceful Kids. Together, we can create impactful opportunities for our students while showcasing the valuable services and expertise you bring to our community.

The Conservatory School proudly invites your business to become a valued partner. The success of TCS is made possible by the collaborative efforts of our wonderful staff, students, families, and community members. We hope you will join us. Through a tax-deductible donation, you will invest not only in our community’s future, but gain significant exposure. Our school community comprises over 900 families, and the neighborhoods we serve are home to tens of thousands of people. We both offer Annual Business Partnerships and Special Event Sponsorships.

Annual Business Partner Benefits

Our Annual Business Partners pay $700 the first year, and $500 each year thereafter, if signed on for the 2025-26 school year. Annual business partnership includes the following benefits, reaching a wide audience of families, staff, and the community:

Advertising

• Logo on banner displayed at car loop
• Logo in school newsletter and on TCS website
• “Business Partner Highlights” on social media
• Business card in yearbook

Events

• Invitations to evening events, concerts, and family nights
• Booth opportunities at select events. Promotional items may be given away, subject to approval of the items.

Special Event Sponsor Benefits

Special Event sponsors will receive recognition in event advertising prior to the event, in the school newsletter, and at the event. Opportunities include:

• Curriculum Night (September, 2025): Booth in TCS café to meet families ($300). Number of booths limited. Promotional items may be given away, subject to approval of the items.
• Field Day (May, 2026): Exclusive sponsorship ($1,000), or sponsor refreshments or a game ($300). Promotional items may be given away, subject to approval of the items.
• Shirts for Middle School Graduation Celebration (June, 2026): Includes logo on back of shirt – Exclusive sponsorship ($1,000), or non-exclusive ($200)
• Shirts for Elementary Graduation Celebration (June, 2026): Includes logo on back of shirt – Exclusive sponsorship ($1,000), or non-exclusive ($200)
• Training Luncheon for Staff (throughout the year): $500 per luncheon. Promotional items may be provided to staff, subject to approval of the items.
• Middle School Dances (throughout the year): Exclusive sponsorship per dance ($2,000), or non-exclusive per dance ($500)
• 5th Grade End of Year Dance (Spring 2026) Exclusive sponsorship ($700), or non-exclusive ($300)
