Encore Afterschool Program

Primary Grades (K–2)

At Encore, our youngest learners don’t just stay after school - they thrive! We turn the end of the school day into an adventure packed with creativity, curiosity, and connection.

Whether they’re building a tower during STEM time, creating a masterpiece in arts & crafts, or solving puzzles with friends in board games, our K-2 students explore through hands-on play and discovery.

Our Encore educators lead small groups so every child gets the attention they need to feel safe, confident, and seen. We know how important these early years are, so we build each afternoon around joy, movement, and meaningful fun!

Intermediate Grades (3–5)

Encore for grades 3–5 is where curiosity takes the wheel! Full-time students get to choose their own club adventures - and the options are as awesome as the kids themselves:

• Robotics & Programming - Code, build, and problem-solve like a tech pro
• Arts & Crafts - Paint, sculpt, glue, and glitter your heart out
• Board Games - Compete, strategize, and laugh with friends
• Cooking Club - Learn to make tasty treats and fun recipes
• DJ Club - Mix beats, spin tracks, and find your sound
• Sports Club - Get active, build teamwork, and have a blast playing your favorite games

Each day is a chance to try something new, take on a challenge, or create something incredible. Our program blends structure with freedom, giving students the space to grow as leaders, collaborators, and creative thinkers.

Middle School (6–8)

​Where Leaders Are Made & Passions Come to Life

Encore for middle school students is all about choice, responsibility, and growth — with just the right amount of fun. Our program is designed to support students as they navigate the exciting (and sometimes hectic!) world of adolescence, giving them space to focus, connect, and shine.

​We start with Homework Help & Academic Support, so students can stay on top of their schoolwork with guidance from caring staff - and still have time for everything else Encore has to offer!

Full-time middle schoolers can dive into unique clubs and real-world experiences, including:

• Esports - Compete in a structured, team-based gaming environment
• Programming - Build your coding skills and take on tech challenges
• Community Outreach - Make a difference through service and student-led projects
• Sports & Rec - Stay active and build teamwork through games and tournaments

Encore gives middle schoolers the tools to become independent thinkers, compassionate leaders, and confident creators - all while having a blast after school.
